JLK is a Caulking and Waterproofing Contractor. Our specialties are caulking, sealants, below grade waterproofing, above grade waterproofing, deck coatings, planter waterproofing, injection grouting, expansion joint systems, etc.

Who we are

We have been in business over 40 years. Our administrative team has over 150 years of  combined history in this industry. We work closely with the majority of the most prominent consulting firms in Florida. We are known for our impeccable quality, systems expertise, and  products knowledge. Our customer service is second to none in the industry, as well. 
We are considered "Problem Solvers", when it has anything to do with water intrusion. 

Our Company

​Lee Kushner, is the President, owner and founder of JLK. He has been in the caulking and waterproofing industry since 1976.
Justin Kushner is the executive Vice President of JLK. He has been with JLK since 2005, after graduating from The University of Florida Building Construction Program. 
Jorge Melian is the Vice President of All Field Operations.  He has been with JLK, running all field operations for 26 years. 
Kevin Ramos is our General Superintendent, specializing in all below grade systems, and all membrane installations. He watches over some of our largest long term  projects, working closely with Jorge Melian. 
Candis Offman is our Office Manager, and she keeps all of JLK's business affairs in magnificent order.
